Mondini E340VG

Now available from stock this very good condition Mondini E340VG traysealer. This E340 series machine is one of the most compact machines Mondini has available but still works as a fully automatic system.
Being so compact this machine easily integrates into existing production lines or production facilities with limited space. This E340VG machine is also capable of working with modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and therefore perfect for the food industry.

Compared to a Multivac T300 this Mondini is also capable of packing 2-trays per cycle but this Mondini works inline, making this E340VG much more efficient to place in an automatic packing line without having to divide the line into ‘two lines’. The in-feed system is a chain that will have a much longer lifespan compared to it’s rivals that work with an in-feed belt, also preventing down-time. From the in-feed chain the Mondini will use a drag system to pick-up the trays and bring them to the packing mould to put the trays in place and create more packing speed. Once the packing cycle is finished this same system will remove the packed trays and place new ones.

Powered by a huge Busch R5 300m3/h Busch Vacuum-pump making sure this machine can pack loads of trays in as little time as possible.
