Ilpra Foodpack FP Rotobasic traysealer

Rotobasic is a bench traysealer machine with the same features of the Basic model, but equipped with a manual rotary table with two stations, which allows to perform on one station the tray loading/unloading operations while in the other station the sealing/cutting operations take place. This significantly reduces the execution time of a complete work cycle.

Foodpack Rotobasic is a small production packaging machine equipped with a manual rotary table that allows to quickly weld more than one package at a time.
It guarantees asealing maximum area per pack of 330 X 265 mm.
Easy to use, maintenance free and entirely made of stainless steel suitable for all types of environments.

The moulds of this model are perfectly compatible with those of the Basic model.

Delivered with moulds for the following traysizes:

• Mould 1: traysize 227 x 178 mm;
• Mould 2: for round trays/cups traysize 200 mm;
