Ilapak Vegatronic 2000 400S vertical bagging machine

Ilapak baggers are manufactured to a very high standard. This machine was previously packing cereal but would be suitable to pack many different products such as snacks, confectionery, biscuits, bakery product, dry pet food and many more food and non-food products. This Ilapak VT2000/400SP currently has impulse sealing jaws suitable for sealing polyethylene packaging material. This is an SP model and is able to have the jaws easily changed to standard heat seal jaws, Illaseal or Ilatherm for sealing heat sealable materials such as polypropylene, barrier films and laminates. The machine is controlled by a 6-inch colour touch screen that is easy to operate and can hold up to 100 programs.
This machine can make pillow pack style bags but can be easily fitted with a gusseted system to produce bags with gusset (Block Bottom).
This machine is fitted with a printer frame so a printer can easily be added.

This particular machine comes with 2 shoulder sets for different bag sizes. Length is of-course adjustable.
