The Rational 211 VarioCooking Centre (formerly known as Frima) delivers precision cooking in bulk; perfect for large corporate catering operations. The single large cooking pan provides a 100 litre capacity and combines the cooking functions of a range, deep fryer, griddle, bratt pan and kettle to create an all-in-one piece of equipment. This cooking station also offers the option to add a pressure cooking mode to complete the range of cooking techniques available.

With features such as VarioCooking Control to intelligently monitor processes and deliver precision cooking even when preparing dishes in bulk, a VarioBoost heating system to deliver the power and speed required to heat the equipment up to 200°C in as little as 2.5 minutes. and a VarioDose inlet, supplying water in precise quantities when required, this cooking station guarantees outstanding results, improved convenience and enhanced efficiency.

Designed with an intelligent AutoLift mechanism, baskets of ingredients are automatically removed from boiling, frying or poaching when the desired results have been achieved. There’s no risk of overcooking even during busy services.
