Cato MC175-60 Meat Emulsifier

Homogeneous emulsification of the product, obtaining fine pastes to produce processed sausages, cream cheese, mortadellas and all kinds of spreads. Its high capacity allows shortening production times for this type of product, being able to assist a bowl cutter under its discharge hopper. Its chopper plates and adjustable blades allow continuous production without overheating of the dough, it also has wheels for easy transport, which makes it a very versatile and efficient machine for the recovery of by-products.
