Description

Stephan MCH-D 60 Micro Cutter

The Stephan Microcut MCH-D 60 has been designed to incorporate the latest developments in fine-cutting techniques. In particular the tandem arrangements of the cutters permits material to be very finely cut and well emulsified.

The pumping capacity of the machine, while depending on the material being processed (meat, fish, vegetable, pastes, emulsions), is also affected by the height and/or distance involved.

As a general rule, when identical insert rings are used, the product will become more finely chopped, and it’s temperature will increase as the distance and/or height increases. This can be overcome to some extent by selecting a coarser cutter slit where a higher pumping performance is required.
